This adorable little groundhog is surrounded by Blue Jay friends to get their early prediction from Pennsylvania's one and only! Hand carved from American chestnut, the tree stump was not painted and is American chestnut in the natural and Phil's name is carved on the front. The groundhog's coat was given more texture to resemble fur and his paws are made from copper wire, textured and then painted. The Blue Jays are as cute as can be!
