Hitching a ride from turtle friend this duckling is enjoying a slower pace but still having fun! Hand carved from American chestnut with lots of detail. Great wood grain too! The base is filled with resin for water over a small stone design that was painstakingly burned by using a hand tool and giving it a really nice effect. The duckling's feet are made by the artist from copper wire and sheeting then textured for a real look. Great for any duck or turtle collector!
