This puffy little Chickadee is perched on a pine cone that is meticulously hand carved from American chestnut. The wood grain peeks through the paint on the Chickadee and is absolutely beautiful. The pine bough and Chickadee's feet are made by the artist from copper wire and some secret stuff to really give them an authentic look. Two little red berries on stems are held in the bird's beak. This little songbird will be right at home indoors this winter and all year long!
